A blessed community

We are so blessed in this community to have such wonderful people taking care of our children. As you can see by the letter above, three wonderful people, Dawn Seitz, school nurse Junior/Senior High School, Dan Gloria, English teacher at Junior High  and Craig Main, Social Studies at Junior High jumped into action. We are so thankful for the results. Thank you to all three.

Friday, 4/27 and Saturday, 4/28 at 7 PM and Sunday 4/29 at 2 PM. Please come out for an enjoyable time and support the students!!

Come see the next great production of the Senior High Drama Program
Can I have the definition? Join an eclectic group of six mid-pubescents as they vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box. A riotous ride, complete with audience participation! Three audience members at each performance will have their chance in the spotlight spelling alongside our cast. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is a delightful den of comedic genius. Come join in the fun!

Free College course opportunities for summer and fall

April 2, 2018

The Advanced Course Network is excited to announce that for the first time it will be offering college and career summer courses, beginning in summer 2018. These courses are free, for any high school student and are a great opportunity. Registration will open Wednesday April 4 for both Summer and Fall courses on www.RICourseChoice.org. Please note the following:

1.       Registration will remain first-come-first-serve. Please encourage students to register as soon as they know they want to take a course.
2.       Students will be eligible to take:
a.        one course over the summer, and;
b.       no more than two at a time in the fall.

Enriching experiences with advanced coursework help students get a head start on post-secondary success, master the skills required of a lifelong learner, and be prepared for jobs in sectors critical to Rhode Island’s future prosperity.
